G'day Steve and Dian.
I am now "Out and About" on my new Aviator Scooter. Firstly I must say this purchase has been the best Online Shopping experience I have had.
Excellent pre-sale service and outstanding delivery and packaging.
The Aviator is an exciting scooter with style, comfort and practicality which I am confident will give me a life long experience. It displays absolute quality and beauty such that I now have bragging rights in the scooter world. As a lover of special motor cars in my youth I now have something to spend time on in keeping it in "show and shine" shape.The model name has some appropriateness too given that I am an ex RAAFie and as a lover too of sleek and good looking aircraft, nostalgia is on the cards as I show off my new ability to visit friends and places with my wife. In my mind it will do mach 1.
The scooter is luxury in comfort, powerful in its operation and impressive in its presentation. I have been contemplating the purchase of a scooter for a number of years and am more than happy with my decision to buy an Aviator.
As you can see in one of the pics I rode it out of the shipping container.
My sincere thanks to you and Brian who made me comfortable in every way during the purchase. I might add the price was unbelievable given the quality scooter I got. Painless and exciting.

Hi Steven, we purchased a beach wheelchair from you and just thought you might like to know how it's going. Great, it goes on the sand and through mud, the best part is if I fold down the seat and take off the arm rests it easily fits into the back of my commodore station wagon using fold up aluminium ramps. When the weather warms up a little we are going to go fishing, as we live close to the beach and haven't been able to get near the water until now because of the beach wheelchair, I have included a couple of photos on the beach and will send some more loading it into the car when I get a minute. When the bed arrived, I had a friend help me set it up and we found it quite easy to put together as most of the work had already been done. It is being used by my 91 year-old mother who loves the height which makes it easier for her to get in and out without help from me (she has Parkinson’s and arthritis in the hip joints). It’s great to have the option of being able to raise the whole bed. I found that a bonus when making the bed and it will be very useful if my mother needs bed care.
As she suffers from stomach problems, she finds she needs to sit up to sleep so this bed is ideal. She also frequently has swollen ankles and that makes the option to raise the foot end a real bonus. She finds the bed very comfortable and has been able to sleep better during the past week. We thought she might have problems handling the remote but the buttons are spaced apart widely enough for her to be able to use them easily.

Hi Stephen, here is the testimonial that I promised you.
I was checking the net out for recliner lift chairs with massager and I came across, Out and About Health Care and I sent them a email asking about information on the Robust (ROB170) and within a day I had recieved a phone call and the information that I recieved over the phone was great and I then asked if they could send me some information and within a few days I had all the information that I needed. The help that I have recieved from Out and About Health Care is perfect I could not ask for better help then I have recieved. I am so very happy greratful for the chair that they recommended for me and with the chair that they did recommend has made things so much easier for me in getting in and out of my chair and the massager is a added bonus for me as I have a very bad back and I am awaiting to have surgery on my lower back. I can not praise Out and About Health Care enough as they really went out of their way to help me. I have even recommended them to my brother and my mother as they both suffer with bad backs and I believe it would make things much easier for them as well. Out and About Health Care has 100% full support from me.

Joyce has Machado Joseph Disease and whilst she is not yet in a wheelchair, she will be in the next year or two, and the ERA has been allocated to her.

Scooters were delivered at 1.30 Monday a fantastic effort of next business day to Mum and Dads home in Melbourne. My brother and I had them unpacked, charged and commissioned by 4.00PM.
Mum and Dad are very impressed with the product and have proudly shown them to other residents of the village.
We will get a better photo and report to you in the next week or so after they have time to get to know the equipment. As my parents do not read or speak FRENCH, two sets of Operating Instructions in English would be helpful .

Delivery was on a 22' Rigid which couldn't get into the Village and required a Fork lift to unload and carry the 250meters to their unit. A nearby Garden Centre kindly assisted and avoided the return of the scooters to the depot and transfer to another truck at extra expense and another days delay.
Thanks to all at Outandabout. A great product and excellent service.

Here's a photo of me and Rudy the ridgeback. We live in a rural area and the surfaces can be a bit rough! So it's great to be able to exercise Rudy in comfort. We do about six kilometres a day, on bitumen, dirt roads and paddocks.

Hi Stephen
Since I spoke to you on the phone concerning power to our new Puzzle wheelchair we have had no further difficulties and are delighted with it. Simple matter of making sure the battery pack was placed properly.
Magda is now able to get around town much more independently, without relying on me for motive power and for which I am grateful. The chairs’ great manoeuvrability means that she can negotiate the supermarket aisles with ease, avoiding all the trolleys and prams etc. and is able to make most of her own shopping choices.
We have also been to lunch in the club and visited other business houses which previously posed difficulties due to the width of her manual chair, swinging doors or steep inclines to get either in or out.
As for me, as I’ve already said, I no longer need to provide the motive power and it is so easy to get the Puzzle in and out of our SUV (Toyota Rav4). Assembly and disassembly takes only a few moments, I’m sure it will take even less with practice.
