This mobility scooter tyre fits Out and About Healthcare model: Heartway Venus S9 front and rear.

 

Please note that for pneumatic tyres, tubes must be purchased separately. For all tyre and tube purchases, rim/s are not included and are sold separately.

 

Please ask for a copy of the warranty for your product before buying. Do not return the product unless authorised. Where extended warranties are offered, the customer must return these forms to Head Office within seven [7] days of receiving the product. Warranty terms and conditions apply as stipulated on warranty paperwork. Product life expectancies are subject to product care, regular maintenance or servicing of product and no misuse of product.

Estimated Freight Times:
Metropolitan areas are typically estimated to be: 2 – 4 business days (excluding Western Australia)
Rural areas are typically estimated to be: 4 – 10 business days (including Western Australia)

We are not responsible for freighting carrier delays. For freight queries please contact the contracted freighting company directly. The purchaser is responsible for providing correct delivery information at the point of purchase.

Out and About Healthcare reserve the right to free freight offers and promotions.

Freight is available Australia and New Zealand wide. Our quotes and tax invoices will include handling and freighting charges. Freight is contracted by our preferred carrier for the specified delivery region.

It is the responsibility of the receiver to have appropriate equipment or manpower available to receive delivery of large items. If a tilt-tray is required, we will arrange this and include the cost in our quote/tax invoice. Please note, the freighting company is just that, a freighting company, and therefore does not install products. If installation is required, it is the customer’s responsibility to convey that information at the time of purchase. If required, where possible we will arrange for installation to be facilitated, and reflect relevant service charges within the quotation/tax invoice.

We will contact our customers with a relevant consignment number when larger products leave the warehouse with our preferred freighting company. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier for the estimated time and date of delivery.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong selection. Exchanges and refunds may be given where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to. The customer is responsible for the return of a product to Out and About Healthcare. Administration fees may apply.

Deposits are considered to be a holding fee (to hold the product you have purchased), and an administration fee. In the event of a cancellation of a purchase after a deposit is made, Out and About Healthcare reserves the right to withhold the full deposit amount, or part thereof, as compensation for liquidated damages and administration efforts.

Your product will be sent from our warehouse boxed and securely wrapped straight to your house via freight. Depending on your product some simple installation/assembly may be required per the provided user manual or our detailed user manual videos!

Please allow an estimate of 3-5 business days for your product to arrive.

Absolutely. Once your product has left our warehouse we will provide you with a tracking number for the carrier it has been booked with.
