Product Description
The Heartway Sahara Tilt-N-Space is a large electric wheelchair that features a rehab seating system with Tilt-N-Space functionality. This machine has a weight capacity of 180kg. The wheelchair tilts for easy assistance from carers, and to relieve pressure on joints for the user. The rehab seating system contours around the body and offers the necessary back support, particularly for users who spend long periods of time sitting down.
This great machine features either manual legrests or electronic elevating leg rests and calf supports, depending on the level of support you need. This wheelchair is also available with padded lateral supports or thigh guards for added support and security.
The Sahara is controlled with an easy-to-use joystick interface, fitted with speed control, hazard lights and indication lights for added safety. A carer control option can be fitted to the rear of the machine, giving users the option to move themselves around using their personal controller, or the carer can move the wheelchair using the controller at the rear.
