Our History
It started with two people and a passion – one from a background as a palliative care pastor and another from the medical field. Together they saw a great need for contemporary medical aids that were reliable, of outstanding quality and made the user feel confident and independent. Their goal was to radicalize the healthcare industry – providing a product that added to the quality of the user’s life and eased the responsibility on their families.
Starting from scratch as a small business in the heart of Caboolture, Queensland, the couple began to grow their team.
One employee became two, two became four, and so it continued. They worked tirelessly to test every mobility aid in their store and slowly created their own brand of mobility aids that were of an outstanding quality. Working closely alongside technicians, they modified and designed the best range of mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, lift chairs and adjustable beds that would suit Australians.
Eventually the demand for these products was so great that they moved out of their small store and into 3 large warehouses in Deception Bay. They have also successfully opened up stores in Townsville, Rockhampton and a State Office in Perth, while also overseeing dealers in NSW and Victoria.
The once small business quickly became a large corporation that could provide products in every state of Australia. And while the company has grown larger, the heart of the enterprise still remains the same: providing quality, reliable products and outstanding service to the people of Australia.
